I can’t sing enough praises about this company! I had a really bad ant problem that I and another company could not get under control. Aside from being genuinely honest, professional, and good people, Henry and Rodrigo were just plain phenomenal and were able to get my home ant free. They took samples of the ants, examined them in their lab, and tried different solutions until the ants were gone. With young kids at home, I was concerned about the chemicals and they chose solutions that were safe. When re-treatments were needed, they returned within a day or two, something that had always been an issue with other companies I had used in the past. I even got follow-up messages after the treatments to ensure it was working and a return visit wasn’t needed. They are very reasonably priced. Express found nests in our attic and in trees far from our home, all of which they treated. At a time when it often feels like you are being a nuisance when you ask companies to perform services for which you contracted, Express Pest Solutions is a welcome departure from the norm. The other companies in this space need to watch out because they are truly setting the bar very high! I am now on a quarterly maintenance plan and look forward to a long relationship with this company.
